TDH Financial Planning is a new company with long established principles. Our team have been providing financial advice and arranging financial plans for over 30 years.

Tom Hyslop

Director & Chartered Financial Planner

Tom joined British Rail as a Trainee Accountant in 1987 and left to join a financial advice brokerage in 1990. From 1993 to 2019, Tom then worked for two large banks - Barclays until December 2007 then Bank of Scotland (Lloyds).

Prior to setting up TDH Financial Planning, Tom worked for one of Scotland's leading independent financial planning firms.

Tom has worked in the financial planning industry since 1990. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. He also has an MBA from the Open University.

Kim Hyslop

Administrator

Kim joined Clydesdale Bank in 1987 and held numerous admin roles for 16 years.

After having 2 daughters, Kim returned to work in 2008 to work for Strathclyde Pension Fund (part of Glasgow City Council - Senior Pensions Administrator).

She left Strathclyde Pension Fund in 2023 to join Tom at TDH Financial Planning.
